01 / Scar & Stretchmark Camouflage

How does this treatment work?
Flesh-toned pigments are safely deposited into the scars or stretch marks by using a tattooing method, makinging them blend in with the surrounding skin. A custom-made pigment color is made for each client on the day of the appointment.

How old do scars and stretch marks need to be to treat?
Scars - at least 1 yr old and fully healed. Stretch Marks must be at least one year old.

How many sessions will I need?
Two full sessions are needed, but the number of sessions varies depending on the severity of the case. In some instances, up to 4 sessions may be required.

Can I get this treatment if I am tanned?
Because we are preparing a mixture of flesh-toned pigments to match your skin tone, it is essential that you are not tanned and that you have the closest to your natural skin color at the time of the treatment.

Will my scars disappear?

These services are meant to camouflage them only. There is nothing available in the beauty industry that will eliminate them entirely. This treatment will significantly improve the appearance, but if you look closely you may still be able to see them especially if your scars are textured.

What does the healing process look like?
There is no downtime, but you will experience redness and swelling immediately after the procedure for the first five days. Over the next 8 – 12 weeks, the redness will subside, and the treated areas will go through various shades (from dark to light) until your skin heals. This is a process, so please be patient and trust the process. Remember to follow all aftercare instructions we provided carefully.

What kind of stretch marks can you treat?
Stretch marks at least one-year-old, completely healed, white in color (lighter than your natural skin color)

Which areas do you treat?
Anywhere you have scars + stretch marks, including Abdomen, Back, Thighs, Buttocks, Hips, Upper Arms, Behind the knees, legs, Flanks, Calves, and Breasts.

What kind of scars can you treat?
Scars that are at least one year old, fully healed and that are not keloid. This includes but is not limited to most surgical scars, self-harm scars, post-cosmetic surgery scars ,Tummy tucks, breast surgery scars, BBL scars, facelift scars, c-section scars, lipo scars, etc.

How quickly will I see the final results?
On average, it takes up to 8 weeks for treated areas to heal fully; however if you’re prone to hyper-pigmentation (you scars tend to naturally heal darker), it will most likely take longer to heal. Please be patient and trust the process.

What happens when I tan after I get a camouflage tattoo?
After camouflaging and after it has been past the 60 days and your tan, your skin will tan naturally, and your scars and stretch marks that were camouflaged will remain the same color as they were when camouflaged (those will not tan); however, the contrast between your newly tanned skin and the scars and stretch marks that were treated will be less noticeable compared to what they would have been pre-treatment since they were much lighter then.

How long will the results last?
On an average of 5 years, or more, provided that the correct after-care procedures are adhered to and also depending on your skin and exposure to sun. You may or may not need a touch-up after a few years.

What to wear on my day of treatment?
Please wear loose & comfortable clothes.

02 / INKLESS STRETCHMARK REJUVENATION

How does it work?
Carefully create micro-abrasions to the dermis layer with a rotary tattoo machine while depositing a serum that contains vitamins & minerals. This technique will trigger your body’s own natural healing response and trigger new collagen, and elastin production as well as improve cellular turnover and rejuvenation of Fibroblast cells.

How much improvement can I expect?
Most clients experience 30-80% improvement; however, results vary per person.

How soon can you return to work?
There is no downtime at all; you can return to work the same day!

What can it treat?
Stretch Marks, Scars at least a year old, fully healed and that are not keloid. Some examples include but are not limited to surgical scars, self-harm scars, post-cosmetic surgery scars such as tummy tucks, breast surgery scars, BBL scars, and c-section scars.

Which areas do you treat?
Anywhere in your body, including but not limited to Abdomen, Back, Thighs, Buttocks, Hips, Upper Arms, Behind the knees, legs, Flanks, Calves, and Breasts.

How long does each session last?
Typically between 1 and 2 hours. It all depends on the number and size (s) of the area(s) being treated.

How many sessions will I require?
We recommend two sessions to start, and we can always increase up to 5 sessions if needed to achieve desired results; however, most clients are happy with their results after just two sessions.

How long does it take to heal fully?
Typically 4-8 weeks; however, it may take longer for some individuals. It is usual for the area(s) to look darker before appearing lighter again. This is normal, and this process can take up to 3 months for some individuals. Please be patient and trust the process.

Is this treatment painful?
The pain sensation is relative to each person’s tolerance threshold; however, most clients describe it as “not painful at all” or just a vibrating sensation. If you have had Permanent Make Up treatment, it is similar to that, or if you have had a tattoo done before, we would say it is less painful than a regular tattoo.

What to wear on my day of treatment?
Please wear loose and comfortable clothes.

03 / 3D AREOLA RESTORATIVE TATTOO

What are some advantages of getting an Areola and Nipple Tattoo vs Nipple reconstruction?
Choosing to get a 3D areola and nipple tattoo offers several advantages. It avoids additional surgeries and the formation of new scars, provides an easier healing and recovery process, and allows artists to add fine details and coloring to the nipple and areola that can't be achieved with surgery. Additionally, nipple reconstructions done through surgery tend to flatten over time, whereas tattoos maintain their appearance

How soon after my surgery can I get this service done?
Typically as soon as your surgeon clears you but no sooner than 6 months post-reconstruction surgery. You must provide us with a doctor clearance letter for the Areola + Nipple Restorative Tattoo service prior to our appointment.

Can I get my tattoo done sooner if my doctor says it is ok?
It is crucial for the scars tissue to fully mature and heal before getting your tattoo. Even if your doctor clears you earlier, as artists, we deal with compromised skin regularly and understand that while the skin and scars may appear healed, they are still mending internally. Tattooing prematurely can lead to additional scarring and poor  results.

What is the difference between getting my areola and nipple tattoo done by you and getting it done at my Doctor’s office?
Doctors' offices often do offer areola tattooing, but the technique for "3D" areola and nipple tattoos is a specialized skill not everyone possesses. This expertise is crucial for achieving a truly realistic appearance. When you choose me, you're opting for someone who specializes in creating lifelike, three-dimensional tattoos. While it may involve some out-of-pocket costs or extra effort to handle insurance matters independently, trust me, it's an investment that pays off in a result tailored perfectly to your journey.

How many sessions will it take to complete my areola and nipple tattoo?
We usually complete the areola and nipple tattoos in two sessions to ensure we don't overwork your sensitive skin and to carefully create your new look. The first session sets the base, and in the second session, we add the details and perfect everything. We schedule the sessions 7-10 weeks apart, allowing your skin enough time to heal between them.

Is it possible to have my 3D areola tattoo done by you if it was initially done by another artist?
We will likely be able to correct/touch up your previous areola work but will need to see a picture of it in advance to determine the best plan of action.

Will the procedure be performed in a clean, sterile, professional environment?
Most definitely. We provide a private, clean, sterile environment and utilize disposable needles and equipment to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the process.

Are you trained for this specific service?
Absolutely. I hold multiple certifications for Scar Camouflage Tattoos and have undergone extensive training for 3D Areola Restorative Tattoos with Sherah Juarez, a renowned Master Technician at Ink Boutique Houston. With over 15,000 areolas tattooed and global training experience, rest assured, I've been trained by the best in the field.

Is it painful?
In most cases, getting an areola and nipple tattoo is a pain-free process since the breasts are likely to be numb following surgery; However, that is not always the case, and pain tolerance is relative to each individual. Although we do not pre-numb secondary numbing agent is used during the process if needed.

Is it safe?
Yes, areola/nipple tattooing is safe. However, the tattoo process is much less invasive and therefore less risky than surgical reconstructive procedures. The greatest risk is infection or scarring, which can be avoided with proper care of the area. There’s also the rare risk of an allergic reaction to the pigment. Although the procedure is considered very safe, Mastectomy and Top surgery patients should always check with their doctor first, to make sure they are fully healed.

What steps do I need to take in order to prepare for my appointment?
To ensure the best results for your appointment, please follow the instructions outlined in the Preparing for your appointment handle.

Who is not a candidate?
  • Have overly thinned breast skin due to your mastectomy (Have your plastic surgeon determine this for you)
  • Have lymphedema of the chest
  • Again, we will require a Clearance Letter from your Surgeon to ensure you are indeed a candidate for this procedure.
  • If you are currently taking Antibiotics
  • If you have additional upcoming breast reconstruction surgeries
  • If you are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
  • Pregnant or nursing

What to expect the day of my appointment?
  • At your appointment, we will review the tattooing process with you, and answer any questions you may have. Discuss size, placement, and nipple style, and select colors that are suitable for your skin tone and desired look.
  • Appointments take 1.5 – 3 hours
  • For a unilateral mastectomy, the natural areola is matched as best as possible in appearance, placement, and color. For a bilateral mastectomy, placement, shape, and size are discussed and drawn on to compliment the breasts and create balance and symmetry.
  • Once the design prep is complete, you lay comfortably on the bed, and the process will begin, taking approximately 30-50 minutes per nipple.
  • You will go home with an Aftercare baggie which will include written instructions on how to care for your new tattoo properly.
  • Before you leave after your first session, we will schedule your final session. Once both sessions are completed, we'll set up a follow-up appointment to check the results and how well your tattoo has healed.

04 / SALINE TATTOO LIGHTENING

What solution do you use and what is Li-FT® exactly?
We use Li-FT® Saline Lightening Solution. It is a non-chemical, non-acid, high salt-based, fruit seed extract saline tattoo lightening product that is very effective.

What are the ingredients?
Sea salt, Lemon seed extract, Orange seed extract, Aloe Vera, and Sterile Water. Our solution is safe and is Certified Vegan.

How does it work?
The saline tattoo removal solution is used and applied to the skin where the pigment was initially positioned. During the healing process, the undesirable pigment will be pulled through the process of osmosis and it will append to the scab that will form. The scab with the unwanted pigment will naturally fall off. Because of this process, it is very important that the scab is kept dry at all times and it is not picked on or removed. It must fall off naturally.

What can I expect during the healing process?
Area will be a little swollen and will start scabbing after a few days. The scabs will look dark and will fall off completely within 14 days. Once healed the area (eyebrows, etc) may appear darker than before but that is normal since the pigment is slowly being lifted higher with each session until it all comes out of the skin.

How long must I wait in between sessions?
At least 8 weeks (no exceptions) - The skin needs adequate time to heal. We have found the results are even better with the longer healing time

I am a candidate for this treatment, will you be able to completely remove the tattoo/Permanent Makeup?
We are not able to guarantee that we can because there are too many variables that affect this process.

How many sessions will I require?
Typically at least 3 sessions to substantially fade but several more to achieve the best and your desired results. It also depends on the depth of color. * Please know this is a process that will require your patience.

Will you be able to completely remove the permanent makeup/tattoo?
Saline, as with most laser treatments, can substantially fade, lift, and lighten unwanted or poorly done permanent makeup to the point where it is no longer visible or as close to invisible as possible but we cannot guarantee results.

Are there any risks?
there are risks of scarring and hypo-pigmentation as with ANY other form of removal, especially on darker skin types. Also, there is a risk of infection but only if you the client do not follow the aftercare instructions to the T.

Is it normal for the area/PMU to look darker than before?
Yes, as we mentioned, we are slowly pulling the pigment out from the bottom layers of skin, up to the surface. So as the pigment gets closer to the surface it can make it appear darker than before. Each session will bring it closer up until it is out.

Who is NOT a candidate for Li-FT Saline Tattoo Lightening?
  • If your Permanent makeup treatment was done less than 8 weeks ago (we must wait until the skin heals completely)
  • If you are under 18yrs of age
  • Anyone who is Pregnant or Nursing
  • Anyone with active skin cancer on the treatment area
  • Anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation
  • Anyone with diabetes
  • Anyone with an “active” infection of any type (Viral, Fungal or bacterial)
  • Anyone with HIV or Hepatitis or any other transmittable blood conditions
  • Anyone on Accutane (must be off of it for at least 6 months)
  • Anyone taking blood thinners
  • Anyone with herpes or hives
  • Anyone with scleroderma or prone to keloids
  • Hemophilia/bleeding disorders
  • Anyone allergic to: Aloe vera, Citrus or Salt
  • Clients with any of the following conditions require a doctor’s approval:
  • Cardiac disease/abnormalities
  • Telangiectasia/erythema
  • Collagen Vascular Disease
  • If on a Micro-dose of Accutane

LASER VS SALINE TREATMENT

Laser removal works by producing a short pulse of intense light that penetrates deep enough down into the skin, then it is absorbed by the pigment. The intense light breaks up the pigment into tiny fragments, the Pigment is pushed back “into” the body and removed by the lymph and waste system. Saline lifts the pigment “up and out” of the body by the process of Osmosis.

  • Lasers are painful and expensive vs. Saline removal is a lot less painful and more affordable.
  • Laser tattoo removal cannot see/treat certain colors vs. Saline is effective on all colors.
  • Laser can turn titanium into black or gray
  • Lasers can damage the skin and produce more scarring vs. Saline is more gentle.
  • Laser can permanently remove brow hair
  • Laser removal requires at least six weeks of recovery time between treatments. With saline removal, the skin must heal for 8 to 10 weeks between sessions.
  • Both Laser and Saline treatments take several sessions (3-12) and the number of sessions needed for either depends on many factors so it is impossible to predict. We can tell you that with Saline we see a substantial amount of fading within 5 sessions on most cases.

05 / EMERGENCY PMU TATTOO REMOVAL

Who is a candidate for this service?
Anyone who has had permanent makeup done on their eyebrows within the last 48hrs

PLEASE NOTE: You must contact us immediately after your Permanent MakeUp appointment so that we can get you in as soon as possible. We must perform this service "within" 48 hrs of your original service for this to be effective.

What if my makeup was done over 48 hrs ago?
The longer the pigment has been in the skin, the higher the chance that the skin has started to heal and close up, and the less chance it will lift/remove. Emergency removal is most effective when performed within 24hrs and up to 48hrs only. If it has already been over 48hrs or we cannot get you in within that period, we will need to wait eight weeks to perform a regular Li-FT treatment.

How many sessions are needed?
If emergency treatment is done within 48hrs, it is likely only one session; however, we cannot guarantee it.
Will this remove the pigment completely? We have truly seen outstanding results in removing pigment within 48hrs, but we cannot make any guarantees.

Will you use needles or break the skin when performing this procedure?
No. We will gently and safely lift the freshly implanted pigment/ink from the area with the solution without breaking the skin; However, you must still follow the exact aftercare instructions as with the standard Li-FT Saline Lightening service.

Who is NOT a candidate for the Emergency Li-FT Removal?
  • If your Permanent makeup treatment was done less than eight weeks ago (we must wait until the skin heals completely)
  • If you are under 18yrs of age
  • Anyone Pregnant or Nursing
  • Anyone with active skin cancer in the treatment area
  • Anyone with diabetes
  • Anyone with an “active” infection of any type (Viral, Fungal, or bacterial)
  • Anyone with HIV or Hepatitis or any other transmittable blood conditions
  • If you are allergic to any of the following: Salt, Citrus, or Aloe Vera

06 / Undo PMU Tattoo Removal

Who’s is this treatment for?
individuals interested in removing or lightening permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation and small-medium sized body tattoos

How many sessions will I need?
Depending on the type of ink/pigment used, age, size and number of cover ups will determine how long it takes to see results and therefore how many sessions you will need. We do always recommend to start with a package of 3 sessions and then add sessions if and as needed.

How much improvement or lightening will I see?
UNDO can reduce removal treatments from 50-80% . There will be some lightening of the ink after just one treatment. Multiple session are recommended for the best results

.
How many weeks do I need to wait in between sessions?
A minimum of 5 weeks to allow for your skin to properly heal.

How long is each session?
Each session is about little over 2 hrs long

Will it hurt?
Before the procedure, we apply a top-notch numbing cream to ensure you feel minimal to no pain.

What is the difference between the Saline Tattoo Lightening and Undo Removal?
Our saline removal process is a shorter appointment, less expensive; however it is reported to be a bit more uncomfortable due to the sea salt ingredients.

Undo Tattoo removal is a longer appointment, a bit more expensive but much less uncomfortable. Some clients have reported to notice better results with Undo removal.

With that being said, one thing to keep in mind is that everyone is unique and so is our skin so results vary from person to person.

07 / microblading

What is Microblading?
Microblading is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. It is the most natural looking method of permanent makeup which mimics real hair. Microblading is best suited for those with Normal to Dry Skin and has sufficient hair to camouflage with Microblading. Microblading is performed using a manual tool that deposits pigment into the skin one "hair" stroke at a time, giving an incredibly natural and realistic look.

What are Shading / Soft Powder brows?
Soft Powder brow techniques are another form of micropigmentation for the eyebrows. These techniques are often referred to as shading which result in a makeup look and are performed using a device. The shading densities and styles are tailored to your preference and skin type and condition.

Do I have to book a consultation before booking an appointment?
Yes, if you are over the age of 55, or have previously been tattooed. We prefer an in-studio consult to analyze the integrity of your skin, to make the best choice for you. If you have previous work done by another artist, a clear photo must be submitted here to ensure your previous work is light enough to work over. You can text a picture along with your name to 951-394-7676

For new and virgin brows, a consultation is not necessary as a detailed consultation is part of your appointment.

Are Touch-Ups necessary or required?
YES and YES. It is very important that you understand that all permanent makeup appointments require a follow up session 6 -8 weeks post initial session. Every client heals differently and it is impossible to accurately predict how your body will absorb pigment and heal. Therefore the required touch-up is done 8 weeks after the first appointment. During the touch-up appointment, our Artists will analyze how the skin received the pigment and will make any necessary corrections to color, shape and strokes. The touch-up session is often referred to as the Perfecting session because it is just that. Although rare, in some cases you may need an additional session to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Will I still have to use makeup after I get my brows done?
We strive to give you the best results possible. However, depending on how your body heals and your desired look, it may be necessary to use makeup to achieve that result. Sometimes our bodies will reject the pigment, which can then affect the overall result, in addition the use of skincare, skin care treatments, skin type and lifestyle all play a role in the overall result. Remember Permanent Makeup is a LOW Maintenance treatment, NOT a NO maintenance one.

How long does Microblading, Shading last?
There are a lot of factors to keep in mind when it comes to retention. Skin types (normal, oily, dry) , Skincare routines, medications, sun exposure, and certain lifestyles also affect the lasting effect of the pigment. Glycolic, and Retinoids are types of resurfacing regimens which cause faster fading. Each individual's color retention within the skin will vary. That being said, this is what we know to be the average retention times. Microblading, 10-14 months and Soft Powder shading techniques 16-20 months. To maintain your permanent makeup, refreshers are highly suggested every 12-24 months.

Is Permanent Makeup painful?
My goal is to have clients as comfortable as possible. That being said, before the procedure takes place, we numb the area with a highly effective, topical anesthetic cream. To ensure continued comfort during the procedure we apply a gel anesthetic only when needed. Keep in mind, pain levels vary from person to person and every effort is made to ensure you are comfortable for the entirety of the procedure. Most of our clients report little or no pain and have sometimes fallen asleep during the procedure.

Can I get Permanent Makeup if I am Pregnant or Nursing?
As a precaution, we do not perform any permanent make up services during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How old do I have to be to get Permanent Makeup?
You must be 18 years or older to have this service performed

Does permanent makeup affect my eyebrow hair growth?
No. Its important to understand that the hair follicle starts the growth from a much lower layer of the skin. We implant pigment/ink into the layers above the hair follicle. If anything, these treatments actually stimulate hair growth!

Who is not a candidate for Permanent Makeup?
Those using Accutane, prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, with transmittable blood disease such as HIV, or Hepatitis B or C, Patients undergoing chemotherapy, Pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic/ insulin dependent, Auto-immune Conditions (Doctor note is required), epilepsy, hemophilia or heart disease or using heart medications, have skin disease or conditions on or near your eyebrows- Such as Eczema, Shingles, or Psoriasis, Had Botox or fillers in the last 2 weeks, Allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine, under the age of 18 years old or Allergic to makeup or color, and /or On prescription strength medications or treatments that affect the dermal layer.

How to prepare for your appointment?
  • Prior to your procedure, clients are advised of the following:
  • Avoid alcohol and aspirin/ibuprofen, green tea, vitamin E or any other Herbs (fish oil) 3 days prior to your procedure as these naturally thin your blood. Tylenol is fine.
  • Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energizing drinks 24 hours before appointment. This will minimize bleeding or swelling during and after procedure
  • Blood thinning medications must be discontinued, however this must only be done with the approval of your Physician only
  • Any signs of infection, trauma or breakouts near and on the area to be treated please send me photos immediately and 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure we may still be able to proceed on the treatment
  • Avoid working out 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
  • If you regularly get your brows waxed, threaded or tinted, please be sure to do so at least 1 week prior to your appointment
  • Do not tan or sub bathe 30 days before and after the procedure.
  • Do not have chemical peels, microdermabrasion, mesotherapy or any other intense treatments which will cause faster skin cell rejuvenating and cause skin irritation 4 weeks before the procedure.
  • Avoid using Retin-A or Retinols around the area to be treated 4 weeks prior to your appointment and 30 days after your procedure
  • If you have previously been prescribed Accutane, you must be off the prescription for one year- NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Avoid cosmetic procedures such as Botox no less than two weeks prior to your appointment or 3 weeks post.
  • Please eat a good meal before our appointment
  • Certain antibiotics can affect the retention and overall result of your permanent makeup, it is advisable to please reschedule your appointment accordingly

How long does it take for Permanent Makeup to heal?
It takes approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 30 days for the color to fully set in. Your eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle. The pigment will appear natural immediately after the procedure and will appear much darker the following day. During the skins regeneration, after peeling (about 7-12 days) brows may appear lighter than original state with a light opaque mask over the treated areas- During the healing process some clients will experience bald spots or lose original hair strokes in some areas that will make the brows look uneven- this is absolutely normal. The final look of your eyebrows will be apparent approximately 6 months after your procedure. Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.

What are some risk/ complications of Permanent Makeup?
We take all proper precautions for a safe session by using new disposable only products, disposable and sterilized needles and sanitized environment Although allergic reactions to the pigments are rare, it is possible- we highly suggest a patch test for individuals who have high skin sensitivities or are sensitive to Topical makeup products. Patch tests should be performed 5-7 days prior to your appointment. Additional complications include, asymmetry - although we make every effort to avoid this, keep in mind our faces are not symmetrical so adjustments may be needed during the follow-up session to correct any unevenness. Pigmentation loss can result from poor healing, infection, bleeding and not adhering to my aftercare instructions can all effect more than normal retention. Although bruising or swelling is not common in some, excessive swelling or bruising can happen. In this case ice packs can help reduce swelling. Slight swelling calms within 3 days.

How will I look after my treatment? Will I be able to return to work?
There is no downtime and you may return to work the same day. When you leave the studio, the treated area will begin to oxidize - meaning your body will begin to heal itself and will start to look darker or brighter in the hours following. The following day will be the most exaggerated days as the treated area may look bolder/darker for about 3 days. As your skin heals, the color will lighten.

Will I see the brow shape before you start the treatment?
On the day of your appointment we discuss your brow/Lip goals, your beauty preferences and overall look you desire. Our Artists tailor and design Eyebrow shapes according to your natural brow shape, brow hair flow, facial features and overall face shape. We work together to get the perfect balance, not symmetry. Symmetrical faces do not exist and therefore it's important to focus on Balance NOT symmetry. Our Artists do not begin implanting ink into the skin until you approve the shape, balance, and thickness. Once we agree on the shape and overall look, we will start the treatment.

What if I don't like the result?
Due to the nature of our business and chemistry of our bodies, there are no guarantees and no refunds. We highly recommend clients do their research, understand the procedure and compare different artists' work before making a decision to book. We strive to always do our best to shape and style the eyebrows to the clients satisfaction prior to the procedure and always get the approval prior to starting. We never proceed without the client's approval. Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may still be required to achieve desired results. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly. Prices are subject to change at any time.
